*      Program timer(s) to accommodate season,

*      Inspect timer(s) for proper operation,

*      Inspect valves for leaks and proper operation (repair ¾”, 1”and 1½” as needed)

*      Inspect and adjust sprinkler heads as needed,

*      Inspect drip system and emitters (repair or replace as needed),

*      Inspect entire system for leaks underground (repair as needed),

*      Three- (3) free consultations, each subject to the first hour at no cost,

*      Additional service calls are reduced to $50.00 per hour,

*      15% discount on all parts

*      24 hour response time

*      Mapping of the system.

*      Savings up to $1175.00 with parts

(Based on 2.5hrs average)

above services require commitment of a one (1) year contract.

*     CONTRACT exclusions:

*      initial system audit

*      All valves two (2) inches and larger (brass valves of any size)

*      replacement of anti-siphon valves, vaccum breakers of any type or size

*      repair or replacement of any and all timers

*      any breaks to pvc pipe or low voltage wire in need of replacement under a driveway or parking lot, not subject to the contractual service call; labor charge and discount on parts do apply.
